Lehman Volvo Harrisburg, PA Overall Rating: 8.5
Anonymous Rating: 4 Comments: rude and condescending service writers. inability to diagnose problems, replacement rather than repair.

Peter Cross Rating: 10 Comments: Have purchased three of my last four Volvos from Lehman's. While their sales staff is sometimes a little harsh, their service & parts staff are second to none! A great pleasure to work with and I have been very pleased with the work they have done on my Volvo's (760 & two 850's)
Anonymous Rating: 10 Comments: Outstanding people, very fair, service department great. Picked up our S60 2 weeks ago and had the most pleasurable auto buying experience ever. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Rating: 1 Comments: I knew i was in for a treat when the receptionist wouldn't even give me the time of day. Everyone at the place was rude and unhelpful. Service dept. was by far the worst and most unhelpful in addition to being the most condisending group of people i've ever met. STAY AWAY

Rating: 8 Comments: Techs very knowedgeable and qualified. I have been very happy with the work done by them. IMPORTANT they only fix what's wrong! I have never had a cash register run under my car. All Volvo techs own Volvo's, 1/2 of Chevy tech now own Volvos and 2 out of the 5 parts guy's own Volvos.

Rating: 2 Comments: Collision repairs made by this dealer required 5 return trips to correct incorrect parts, poor workmanship and "lost" accessories. Several incomplete repairs (missing bolts, mis-assembled parts) I have corrected myself out of sheer frustration. After a >$300.00 bill for a new O2 sensor, I still have Check Engine light problems which I have diagnosed as vacuum leaks thanks to the tips on this web site. Star Volvo is a "never again" in my book. They can't fix a sandwich.
