Windshield Washer Check Valve
From Bay 13

The most common reason for the windshield washers to stop working is a clogged "T" check valve. Raise the hood all the way and center bottom of the hood turn the retainer clip (green arrow) as shown and pop it off. Reach up under the covering and disconnect the clip (red arrow) from the frame and pull the hose down as shown. Disconnect the bottom hose as above and try the washer, if washer solvent comes out the disconnected hose, you have a clogged washer "T". Remove the washer "T" by disconnecting the two remaining hoses and install a new washer "T". Be careful not to get the new and old mixed up. (it happens often) If with the new washer T in place you find one or two of your jets clogged, you can force a wire down the nozzle to clear up blockage or replace the nozzle.
