Not a whole lot to say about replacing the cap rotor and wires. The pictures above should help getting everything in the correct order. The rotor cap is held in place with 3 8mm screws, and the rotor is held with 3 very small allen screw, Can't remember the size but it's small. The ignition system on the 5 cylinder is very forgiving of age, and assuming all things are taken care of and kept clean, will last to 100K before you should consider replacing the cap and rotor. The wires are a subjective call, if you can afford it do it with the cap and rotor if not, they will last longer.
