The following sequence of events will allow you to: Change the Glove Box Light. Change the Blower Motor, Replace Broken Recert Arm, Gain Access to the Evaporator. First step is to remove the lower kick panel. Remove the 3, 25 torx screws and then pull the panel down and back.

With the lower kick panel off, the next step is to remove the knee bolster. 3, 13 mm nuts must be removed from the red circles. Once the nuts are out you have to pull the bolster free of the studs. Once free of the studs work the bolster to the right and then pull the left down and out. This is not easy to do, it's hard to clear the studs and there is not much room to work with.

Once the knee bolster is out, above is the picture you should have. If at this point all you wanted to do is get into the Evaporator, remove the ballast resistor pack behind the wires circled in green. A single 15 torx screw holds the ballast in place. (Don't be afraid to move the wires around)
