Oil Cooler Draining 850 S/V/C 70
From Volvospeed

This car is up on a lift so the view is a little better than in the garage. The blue out line is the black plastic bottom cover plate, it protects the A/C lines, the bottom of the radiator, and helps direct air. The two yellow arrow are pointing to the ends that are held with 10mm bolts or 25mm TORX one on each side. Right where the blue arrow is a plastic tab that hooks to the bottom of the radiator, just push forward and down. Once you have the end bolts out just pull down and back.

Above is a close up of one of the 10mm bolts that hold one end in place

With the pan down you will want to concentrate on the right/passenger side of the radiator. The item with the blue connector is the outside temperature sensor and it is secured to a hole in the pan you just removed. Yours may be located differently these picture are of an S70, but close enough. As you can see there is quite the layering of devices. The Item circled in yellow is the bottom connector for the oil cooler that is actually inside the radiator. The radiator is cooling the 1. Coolant, 2. Transmission Fluid, 3. and the oil (on turbos)

Above is a close up of the connector. I use retaining ring pliers to pry the connector open, pink arrows (gently) as you pull back on the connector, red arrow. Let the oil drain, and assemble in reverse order.
